Overview

SKDL is a public Limited Company listed at Bombay Stock Exchange. The company has been in the business of finance since its inception. The company was acquired by the group in 2007 and has made Real Estate Development its primary focus.

The promoter’s initiative in real estate in the last 5 years have resulted in creation of many prime properties. This success in the Real Estate market is now being consolidated under the umbrella of SKDL. The mission of its new management is to develop an asset base of over USD 200 million in the next 3 years. The exisiting holdings and agreements provide us with a promising base for achieving our mission. SKDL has chalked out a detailed road map for expansion. This projects range from small residential condominiums to Commercial Complexes to large IT Parks.

SKDL is now headed by a dynamic real estate professional who has created a name for himself in a very short span of time. Mr. Sunil Jain, a businessman with a keen eye for opportunities and versatile project management skills, has steered the group over the last seven years. He initiated the group’s foray in the real estate business.


Under his stewardship, the group has increased its turnover tenfold and is now poised to create a national footprint for itself. SKDL is set to achieve its mission and the targets under his guiding vision, with the spirit that ” No peak is too big to achieve if you have the faith and determination to reach pinnacle.”
